Norman Eckinger Jr., President/Treasurer
Norman Jr. started with the company full time in 1977. After working as an apprentice and completing a 4 year program to become a journeyman carpenter he became a project superintendent. In 1992 he moved full time into the office preparing estimates and managing projects. Norman was promoted to president in 1995 and is responsible for administration and coordination of the company along with the marketing of it. In 1998 the company entered into a partnership with Butler Manufacturing, to promote the use of their Pre-Engineered steel building line. Norman is very involved in the pursuit of the opportunities that the association with Butler has created. Norman is a past president of the Builders Exchange of East Central Ohio.

Thomas P. Gier, Vice President
Tom started with the company in 1990 as a job superintendent. He came to the company as a seasoned job superintendent with experience in all types of commercial and industrial construction. He is in charge of all field operations and is also actively involved in the estimating department. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
Robert Beckert, Project Manager
Bob has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He is involved with estimating and project management. Bob also is responsible for the company's health, safety, and substance abuse awareness programs. A very computer oriented person, he has been instrumental in keeping the company abreast of the ever changing developments in the computer industry that continues to prove beneficial to our success.
