This 36,000 SF Butler® design-build project was built to house new grating manufacturing equipment. The building is built on a remaining foundation and  floor of a previous building that burned down many years ago.

New column foundations were installed to assure proper building integrity while utilizing the existing foundation and floor to reduce the construction costs.
