When the Electrical JATC purchased an existing 18,000 square foot building for their training facility, they contacted Norman Eckinger, Inc. to put together budget costs for a phased renovation project. The project consisted of 3 phases as their funds would became available. The initial phases consisted of classroom areas so the training of the apprentices could begin. The third phase was the complete renovation of the core area that consisted of additional training areas, server room, business office, conference room, café and lobby area. In the early phases, Norman Eckinger, Inc. successfully represented the JATC at the Stark County Board of Building Appeals to make their case for temporary relief from the toilet room code requirements.
